I was compelled to join Alison's Mastermind because I knew I needed specific support with strategy and marketing. These are skills that I knew she had put a lot of time and effort into. Joining the Mastermind also put me in a position where I had to be "all in." I knew I was serious about my business when I finally dove all in, but I also knew I needed guidance. I needed to trust the person guiding me through this journey. Knowing that Alison came from a very similar background (my initial career is as a speech and language pathologist and hers as a physical therapist), I wholeheartedly believed that she could provide me with the skills I needed to create the dream that had been percolating in me for almost 20 years. In the two months that I have been fully submerged in the program, I have improved upon my email marketing, began to niche down and create a real structure to my program and increased my prices. I am incredibly grateful that Alison helped me make the transition from biweekely coaching to the Mastermind!

Alison's program has helped me to work on my stress resilience by learning how to set boundaries, and realizing I don’t have to do everything. One thing I was struggling with was sleeping through the night. I was waking up in the middle of the night with my “to do” list going through my head. Learning how to do a brain dump and let that go. Doing the mental and the physical work. Also, letting go of a certain type of workout that I “have to do”, instead maybe working on my mental health. Getting a restful sleep now gives me more energy, especially at the end of the day when I am at home with my family.
